TERMS OF SERVICE

By ordering from me, you agree to the terms below:

ART
• The deadline is negotiated personally. On average,
it is 1 months, and the work may be delivered earlier;
• 50% prepayment;
• I don't do returns;
• At the sketch stage, 3 free edits are available, the next from $3 (no more than 5 paid edits);
• I have the right to post finished works in my social networks and portfolio;
• Erasing my signature, assigning authorship is FORBIDDEN;
• I post wip and finished work and always tag customer accounts! if you don't want to be tagged, or you want to use "@/", please let me know in advance!
• if you need me to delay the publication of an illustration until a certain date, please let me know in advance;RIGG
•If I accept orders for models only for the rig, I do not complete additional details;
• The deadline for work can be from one month to three from the start of the model (The order queue may shift and you may have to wait your turn);
• A surcharge of 40% of the total order value will be charged for rush fulfillment and queue shifts;
• The model must be prepared for rig (cut) and each piece must be named according to the part that will be animated (otherwise, I will ask for a surcharge);
• I have full prepayment. If you would like to reserve a place in line, you will be required to pay 50% of the total amount and the remaining 50% when it is your turn;
• Before ordering a rig, I strongly recommend that you familiarize yourself with how the models work (if you had no idea what it is), so that there are no questions when working with the rig, since the model looks different in motion than in the illustration;
• I don't give live2D source file;
• Prices include commercial rights;
• I reserve the right to decline commission requests;
• All communication done through twitter or discord only in writting form;
• If payment is not made within a week from the date of the agreement, then I will automatically cancel your commission;
• I retain the right to use the commission work for portfolio;
• You can make up to 5 edits for free, I edit my mistakes for free;
• After the model is finished, you can make changes to the model within a week, all further changes after the deadline will not be accepted;
